3 rooms apartment

We are looking for new tenants for a bright 3-room apartment with 66 square meters in the Berner Breitfeld-Quartier. Move-in would be from 15. October or by arrangement. The price is 1625 Franken including service charges. The apartment is located on the first floor and features an entrance area with various built-in wardrobes and a pantry, two balconies (one of them with a built-in storage cupboard), a living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. Since it is a corner apartment, there are windows on three sides (soundproof). One balcony is relatively large and offers space for a smaller dining table and 2-3 chairs. The kitchen is very practical, relatively modern and with a dishwasher.
The neighbourhood is excellently connected with public transport. The bus stop «Markuskirche» is practically in front of the front door. Bern station is reachable by bus within seven minutes. Wankdorf-Bahnhof is reachable on foot in five or by bus in two minutes.
The Breitenrainplatz with numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and bars is located 600m away.
Also nearby (but not too close ;)) is the Wankdorf-Stadion. Here there are also further shopping and leisure options. In summer you are quickly at the Aare or in the Wylerbad.

• We are leaving the apartment because we are expecting a new addition to the family. We find the apartment is ideal for two people, the price is also fair. You would conclude the contract with a sympathetic and uncomplicated private landlord.
