Beautiful, furnished and bright room - ideal if you do not want to spend much money on living. Completely furnished with a bed (incl. bedding), large wardrobe, desk with chair, shelf, nightstand, lamps and LCD-TV. Free WLAN is also included.

The cleaning of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallway) takes place regularly and is included in the rental price. All utilities such as electricity, water and heating are also included.

The bathroom and the kitchen are shared with quiet and friendly roommates. The living atmosphere is well-maintained, with clear rules for peace and cleanliness - not a classic WG. People say hello to each other, but everyone lives their own life.

No extract from the debt enforcement register and no employer certificate are required, as the person is at the center with us. We only want serious and decent tenants. Move-in is possible as early as today or by arrangement, depending on availability. The minimum rental period is 1 month. Notice period is optionally 14 or 30 days. The deposit is 1 month's rent (no installment payments possible).
