Room in a shared flat

I am Lavinia, 33, and I lived here for a long time in a 4-person WG. Slowly I appreciate it a bit quieter and recently there were only two of us here, which I found very pleasant. I am a quiet person, appreciate nature and like being outside or doing something creative indoors with a cup of coffee. Two lovely Büsis also belong to me. I am on my recovery path from Long-Covid and therefore my life proceeds in very quiet lanes and I am at home a lot.
I am looking for a woman who also prefers it rather quiet. I appreciate the exchange over a coffee, but am looking for someone who is independent and lives their life autonomously. A good exchange about living together is important to me. It is a large and beautiful apartment for two and if you appreciate having a lot of space and like it cozy, then this could fit.

The attic room in this maisonette apartment, which is to be rented, is large and cozy. We use the rest of the apartment together. An atelier or office could also be set up in one of the rooms.

There is a balcony and a garden that belongs to the house and in which we are also allowed to spend time. It is a quietly located 3-party house in a beautiful quarter. Nearby is the Weiher and the Stadtpark is also not far. It is a 10-15min walk to the train station or two bus stations away. And by bike, you are at the lake in 7 minutes.

The rent is inclusive of utilities and electricity as well as Serafe.
I currently have a cleaning company that cleans beautifully every two weeks. That would be 2.0.- each per month. Or of course you can also clean yourself, that works too.
