Room in a shared flat

In our shared flat, we are renting out a small room with its own bathroom from April 2027 to April 2028. We are looking for a person who would like to stay for the entire period if possible.

Your room
The room is 12.6 m² in size and is basically rented unfurnished. If required, we can provide you with the following:

• A shelf
• A small desk
• A clothes rail with hangers
• A shoe rack
• A mattress (2.0 x 200 cm)

This includes a private bathroom of 3.4 m², equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. It is available for your sole use.
The monthly rent is CHF 920. Electricity, heating costs, WLAN, and other ancillary costs will be split fairly among the tenants in addition. The WLAN is available to everyone.

The apartment
The beautiful old building apartment was freshly renovated before we moved in in 2024. We were the first tenants after the renovation. The shared rooms are fully furnished.

The following are available for your shared use:

• Living room: 28.1 m²
• Kitchen with dining area: 20.8 m²
• Balcony: 5.1 m²

A washing machine and tumble dryer are located directly in the apartment.

The location
The apartment is located directly next to a bus stop. Even if you are out late, you can reach home from the center in about 15 minutes on foot.
You can reach the Silberturm shopping center in about 5 minutes on foot. There you will find everything necessary for daily needs.

WG life
Since I am going to Australia with my boyfriend for a year, I am also renting out my room.
Svenja, a nice and uncomplicated flatmate who is also a main tenant, will remain in the apartment. She is a trained orthopedist, works at a 2.0 percent workload, is athletic, and enjoys cooking. So, with you and the person in my room, it will be a three-person WG.

We wish for a relaxed life together: shared dinners or other activities are welcome, but not a must. If you prefer to be by yourself and are looking for an uncomplicated Zweck-WG, that fits just as well.

Deposit
The rental deposit is CHF 920.
