For our relaxed 5-person shared flat, we are looking for a new flatmate starting from 01.08.2026. If you are looking for great communal living in a special house, you have come to the right place!

What we offer you & our house:

• We live in a cozy, 2-story house directly on the former city wall of Klingnau.
• Our home includes a huge garden with its own pond and a fire pit – perfect for cozy summer evenings or BBQ parties!
• We have 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms (shower/WC), so that even with five people, you don't get in each other's way.
• High-Tech Access: Forgetting keys is a thing of the past! With us, you can enter the house very conveniently and safely via fingerprint.
• Practical: A shared laser printer is freely available to everyone (ideal for studies or home office).
• We have a great selection of board games and a dartboard (on the 2nd floor) for fun shared flat evenings.

Top Location & Connections:

• Only 4 minutes walking distance from the station.
• Excellent public transport connections in all directions.
• Located very close to the border with Germany (great for cheap shopping!).

The Costs: The rent is all-inclusive. Additional costs as well as fast internet are already fully included in the price!
