Room in a shared flat

From 1 October or earlier, I am renting two rooms of my 3-room apartment to one person. The sublet is limited until the end of February 2027, extension is an option depending on the situation.

We share the kitchen and bathroom. You will receive an entire cellar compartment for yourself. There is also still space for your things in the built-in cupboards. I am renting the two rooms to one person. You can therefore set up a bedroom and another room (e.g. office). The utility costs are included in the price, consumables (e.g. trash bags) are shared additionally.

The neighborhood is quiet, and with the bus lines 4/6/7/8 it is perfectly connected to the public transport network (at the station in 10 minutes). The house is a charming old building, where everyone is allowed to use the garden.

I am Noah (27), work in Zürich and in my free time I sing in a choir. Several times a week I have an early shift, so I get up before 4 am. I am looking for one person as a flatmate who brings an understanding for irregular working hours. I enjoy chatting, but I also like to withdraw to my room sometimes.
