3 ½ rooms apartment

Hey!

We are looking for a successor tenant for our cozy 3.5-room apartment in Liebefeld as of mid to late October 2026.

Highlights of the apartment:

• close to the city, 10 and 19 lines within a few minutes
• oak parquet throughout the entire apartment (except in the bathroom), with underfloor heating
• very well insulated (stays pleasantly cool with proper ventilation, in winter very little to no heating is required), quiet apartment
• laundry tower (washing machine and tumble dryer) in the apartment
• semi-open kitchen with well-functioning appliances, induction stove
• balcony on the quiet side, no house directly in front, occasionally a few alpacas come onto the pasture
• The walls in the stairwell glitter ;)
• Parking space in the underground garage for 110,-/month, can also be taken over

The apartment is located on the third floor, the building has a lift. The lift stops at the intermediate floors, therefore unfortunately unsuitable for wheelchairs. The block was renovated in 2017, everything works tip-top. A cellar compartment and space in the bicycle cellar are also included. The nearest Coop is two minutes away on foot. The living room is very spacious, the kitchen is semi-open (separated by a divider in which the fridge-freezer combination, storage space, and laundry tower are located). This way you can cook for guests, be part of it, and still no one sees your mess in the kitchen. The bathroom contains a toilet and a shower.

We are looking for solvent successor tenants who can ideally take over the apartment including the parking space in the underground garage by mid/late October. There are no fixed viewing appointments, we will arrange something directly with you.

The photos are current, but when you come for the viewing, there will probably be mostly moving boxes lying around ;) We have lived in this apartment for several years and have always felt very comfortable. We look forward to your message!
