Ich ziehe aus meiner schönen und ruhigen 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in Zürich Altstetten aus und suche eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter, der den Mietvertrag zu den bestehenden Konditionen übernimmt.
📍 Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gut gelegenen und gut erschlossenen Umgebung:

• Das Einkaufszentrum Letzipark mit Coop Megastore, Jumbo, Manor etc. liegt praktisch direkt gegenüber.
• Aldi und Denner sind in ca. 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
• Die Tram- und Bushaltestelle Kappeli sowie die Bushaltestelle Letzipark West befinden sich ca. 4 Gehminuten entfernt.
• Der Bahnhof Zürich Altstetten ist in ca. 10 Gehminuten oder bequem mit dem Bus erreichbar.

• Reduit innerhalb der Wohnung
• Abstellraum im Eingangsbereich
• Eigenes Kellerabteil
• Bodenheizung
• Küche mit Geschirrspüler
• 2 Waschräume im Erdgeschoss mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern
• Kein Waschplan: Die Waschmaschinen und Trockner können flexibel genutzt werden. Ich hatte bisher nie Probleme, eine freie Waschmaschine oder einen freien Trockner zu finden.
• Recyclingstationen im Gebäude für Papier/Karton, Glas, Aluminium und PET

💰 Mietkonditionen
Mietbeginn: 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung auch früher, voraussichtlich ab Mitte Oktober.
Mietzins: 2137.-
🛋️ Möbelübernahme
Nach Möglichkeit würde ich bevorzugen, dass die folgenden Möbel von der Nachmieterin oder dem Nachmieter übernommen werden. Eine Übernahme ist nach Vereinbarung möglich, der Preis ist verhandelbar:

• Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer
• Bett im Schlafzimmer
• Ausziehbares Sofa
• Couchtisch
• TV-Möbel
• Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen
• Balkontisch mit 4 Stühlen

I am moving out of my beautiful and quiet 2.5-room apartment in Zurich Altstetten and am looking for a new tenant to take over the rental contract under the existing terms.

The apartment is in a very convenient and well-connected location:

• The Letzipark shopping centre, including Coop Megastore, Jumbo, Manor and more, is practically right across the street.
• Aldi and Denner are approximately a 5-minute walk away.
• The Kappeli tram/bus stop and the Letzipark West bus stop are both around a 4-minute walk away.
• Zurich Altstetten train station is approximately a 10-minute walk away or easily accessible by bus.

• Bright and quiet 2.5-room apartment
• Estimated living space of approximately 75 m² (exact usable floor area unknown)
• Floor-to-ceiling windows extending along one entire side of the apartment
• Large balcony
• Plenty of storage space:
• Storage room (Reduit) inside the apartment
• Additional storage cupboard in the entrance area
• Private basement storage unit
• Underfloor heating
• Kitchen with dishwasher
• Two laundry rooms on the ground floor, equipped with washing machines and dryers
• No laundry schedule: The washing machines and dryers can be used flexibly. During my time here, I have never had any problems finding an available washing machine or dryer.
• Recycling stations in the building for paper/cardboard, glass, aluminium and PET

💰 Rental Terms
Move-in date: 1 November 2026, or earlier by arrangement (potentially from mid-October).
Monthly rent: 2137.-
🛋️ Furniture
If possible, I would prefer the new tenant to take over the following furniture. The furniture can be taken over by arrangement and the price is negotiable:

• Wardrobe in the bedroom
• Bed in the bedroom
• Pull-out sofa
• Coffee table
• TV-Sideboard
• Dining table with 4 chairs
• Balcony table with 4 chairs
