Room in a shared flat

We are forming a young shared apartment in a freshly renovated, spacious 5.5-room maisonette with 150 m² in the center of Hünenberg and are looking for suitable roommates for our 11–18 m² rooms (price is accordingly adjusted according to size).

The apartment offers plenty of space, bright rooms, new parquet flooring, two balconies (including a southwest balcony) and a cozy fireplace. Shopping facilities, public transport and everything for daily needs are reachable within a few minutes' walk.

We are looking for young, open and uncomplicated people (approx. 25 to 35 years old) who are interested in pleasant shared apartment life. It would be particularly cool if you have entrepreneurial ambitions, are independent or generally enjoy pursuing new ideas and projects. The shared apartment should not just be a Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience), but a place where one feels comfortable and can inspire each other.

Everything is included in the rental price: electricity, water, heating, Serafe/Billag, internet as well as a regular cleaning lady. Despite the cleaning lady, it is important to us that you are clean and tidy and contribute your part to a well-maintained apartment.
