2 ½ rooms apartment

I am looking for a successor tenant for my beautiful apartment in the middle of the Old Town of Chur.

The apartment is conveniently located for transport - the Malteser bus stop is < 1min away on foot and it also only takes a few minutes' walk to the train station. The bars, cafés and shops of the Old Town as well as the market on Saturday are right on your doorstep. Because of this, it can be a bit louder on Friday & Saturday evenings in the summer.

The apartment itself offers the typical charm of an old building apartment. The large kitchen/hallway offers sufficient storage space and the two rooms offer plenty of light thanks to their generous windows despite the Old Town location. Wall cabinets are available in the bedroom and in the kitchen. In the small hallway towards the bathroom, there is also some storage space and a window facing the courtyard also provides light there. In addition, a bicycle cellar and a cellar compartment belong to the apartment.

Regarding the move-in date, I am flexible between 15.11.2026 and 01.01.2027.

Regarding pets: my previous tenant had a cat and I was allowed a dog to visit.

If you have any further questions or wish to arrange a viewing, please feel free to write to me.

For a formal application, a copy of an ID as well as a current extract from the debt enforcement register (Betreibungsauszug) and, if applicable, the residence permit are required.
