We are moving and looking for a replacement tenant for our 3.5-room apartment in Zwillikon, Gemeinde Affoltern am Albis

The apartment

The centerpiece is the open living, dining, and cooking area of 49 m² in one piece - correspondingly bright with 15 m² of window area. The kitchen has a cooking island, oven, and granite countertop. In addition, two rooms of 14.6 and 15.9 m².

The bathroom offers a large bathtub, separate shower, WC, and daylight including a washing machine as well as tumble dryer directly in the apartment, no shared laundry room. Additionally, a separate WC.

The balcony measures 25 m², is covered and equipped with blinds: space for a dining table and lounge side by side. On the other side, a terrace of 5.7 m².

Family-friendly residential area in Zwillikon, Gemeinde Affoltern am Albis. The nearest train station is Hedingen, with S5 and S14: four times per hour to Zürich HB, half-hourly to Zug. Bus stop around 700 meters away. Shopping and schools in Affoltern am Albis, A4 motorway connection nearby.

CHF 2'300 gross per month, including service charges. Heating is provided by a geothermal heat pump via underfloor heating: low, stable heating costs and no radiators.

The existing rental agreement will be taken over under unchanged conditions.
