We are renting out a charming and cozy 3-room apartment in our family-oriented apartment building in 8152 Glattbrugg as of 15 November 2026. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (without lift) with a balcony.
The kitchen features like-new appliances including a dishwasher and built-in microwave.
The bathroom has a bathtub, WC, and washbasin with large daylight windows. Living and sleeping rooms are equipped with like-new parquet flooring. Small balcony. A cellar compartment is included in the UG (basement). Also, a laundry room is available in the UG, in case you ever need to wash more laundry.
Parking spaces can be rented additionally. We also have an internal charging station for electric vehicles (electricity costs directly at the expense of the tenant).
The garden with a new BBQ area can be used by all tenants.

A lot will be done before move-in and a few smaller renovation works will be carried out. Additionally, a new washing machine/dryer combo will be installed directly in the kitchen.

Pets are very welcome (we are a very animal-loving house).

Deposit: 3 months' rent
