Room in a shared flat

Hey you! A room is becoming available in our 3-person shared flat, and we are looking for someone who fits in well with us. The room is available for sublet furnished between 1.1.-31.7. We are relatively flexible regarding the date.

Location:

• 5 minutes on foot from the train station
• Shopping facilities: Coop, Migros, Lidl and Denner 10 minutes on foot

Roof terrace and balcony with grill, cellar, bicycle garage, washing machine, tumbler, drying room

About us:
Damien: My name is Damien, I am 23 years old and I come from French-speaking Switzerland. I am currently learning Swiss German, but I can already communicate well in German.

I work as a boat builder and on the side, I am also a photographer.
In my free time, I like being outdoors. I like mountains and enjoy hiking, trail running, bivouacking, etc...
I like discovering new places with the motorcycle, the bicycle, or with my camper van.

I am a cheerful and open person. For me, a shared flat is most beautiful when you sometimes spend time together, for example while cooking, eating or during an outdoor activity. At the same time, I also find it important that everyone has their own personal space.

Tim: My name is Tim, I am 24 years old and have been studying building services at HSLU since this September. Since I study part-time, I am in Zurich from Sunday to Tuesday and in the shared flat from Tuesday to Saturday.

In my free time, I like playing tennis, going to the gym and in winter I am often out on skis or a snowboard.

For me, it is important in the shared flat that living together is uncomplicated and relaxed. Everyone should have their own space and be able to do their own thing. However, if it happens spontaneously, I am also happy to be open to a shared dinner or a little beer!

Joshua: I study computer science at HSLU and am in Norway for an exchange during the spring semester. Therefore, we are looking for someone to take over my room for this period.
