Room in a shared flat

We (44-53 years old) live as a group of three in a large house with a garden at the edge of the forest in Kempten near Wetzikon.
From now on as well as from September 2026, 1-2 free rooms are available.
The house offers plenty of space and great architecture:

• Large living room with dining area and fireplace
• Large kitchen for cooking evenings
• Guest WC on the ground floor, bathroom with bathtub on the 1st floor as well as shower and WC on the 1st floor
• Large garden around the house, approximately 460 m²
• Workshop and laundry room
• Office room on the ground floor for shared use

Available from mid-September 2026:
1 room, access to the balcony, view of the mountains CHF 920.-

We are super connected with public transport: Wetzikon station can be reached by bike in 7-10 minutes. From there, trains run every 15 minutes to Stadelhofen, with the journey taking 17 minutes each time.

About us:
We are all employed in the cultural sector, gastro, sports, health and social sectors. We love climbing, movement in nature, yoga and meditation and are often out in the mountains. We like design and beautifully designed rooms, which is why we live here. Good food as well.
