1 room single room

I am renting out a cozy, fully furnished room (approx. 11 m²) in my apartment starting immediately, with direct access to the terrace. Ideal for commuters, weekly residents, students, or persons looking for a quiet and uncomplicated living arrangement.

About the room & the amenities:
Room size: Approx. 11 m²
Amenities: Bed (140 cm), spacious 3-door wardrobe, small table and a private small refrigerator in the room
Special feature: Direct access to the terrace
For shared use: Bathroom (shower/WC) as well as washing machine
Kitchen: Usable by arrangement / if required

Important: Common rooms such as the living room or the TV area are not shared. This is not a classic shared apartment (WG), but purely the rental of the room with respectful, independent coexistence.
