Room in a shared flat

From 02.02.2027, a room of approx. 10m² in my apartment in Winterthur Grüze will become available.

Your room

The room is rented exclusively furnished. The equipment includes a wardrobe, a desk, and a sofa bed. The existing furniture remains in the room and must be taken over as room equipment. You do not have to buy them; the use is included in the rental price.

The monthly rent is CHF 12.0 including service charges, electricity, internet, Serafe and furnishing.

About me

I work in a daycare center and study computer science on the side. My day usually begins with sports in the living room, after which I study a bit before going to work. Once a week, I am at home for a home office or study day.

In my free time, I like to meet friends, attend concerts, or watch a football match. I also enjoy painting or reading and making myself comfortable with a series. I am a mixture of quiet and sociable – I like interaction, but I also need time for myself.

Our living together

It is important to me that we both have our own space and can withdraw. At the same time, I wish for a friendly and uncomplicated shared apartment life, where we talk to each other, occasionally cook together, or also do something together – without obligation.

The cleaning of the shared rooms is divided fairly. For this, there is a cleaning plan that we both participate in reliably.

Interested?

Then I look forward to a personal message from you! Briefly tell me who you are, what you do in everyday life, and how you imagine living in a shared apartment. Please also feel free to write from when you would like to move in.

Inquiries without a personal introduction will not be considered.
