With its two bedrooms (one queen size bed and one king size bed) and its two bathrooms, the apartment is perfect for two people wishing to share: each has their own bedroom and bathroom. Also ideal for students, interns, employees, or anyone looking for move-in-ready accommodation.
The apartment has a large terrace and many windows: it is very bright and sunny all day long. The underfloor heating is automatic, for optimal comfort. You will have plenty of storage (shelves and cupboards) as well as a private cellar in the basement. The apartment is very clean and the furniture is of high quality. It includes a nice television, an iron and an ironing board. A washing machine is available in the basement.

Pully is located about 15 minutes by bus (7 minutes by car) from Lausanne, with good connections to the EHL, EPFL and other universities in the region.
