Since my partner and I are moving into a larger apartment together, I am looking for a reliable successor for my beautiful 2.5-room apartment in Fislisbach as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

The apartment features its own washing machine and tumble dryer directly in the apartment. In addition, various visitor parking spaces are available outside.

The takeover takes place under the existing rental conditions. The associated underground parking space (CHF 135 / month) is part of the tenancy and will be taken over as well.

Upon request, almost all furniture can also be taken over at an attractive lump sum price.

Location and surroundings
The apartment is located on Dorfstrasse in a 30 km/h zone.
Baden station can be reached by car in approximately 10 minutes and by bus in around 15 minutes. The A1 motorway connection is also only about 5 minutes' drive away.

Various shopping facilities are located in the immediate vicinity:

• In Fislisbach: Migros, Denner, Aldi, Chämi Metzgerei, Chäshütte
• In the neighboring Dättwil: Coop, Lidl, Jumbo, Dosenbach and McDonald’s
