I am subletting a room of just over 10m2, accompanied by a private bathroom, in Grand-Saconnex in Genève. The room is furnished and benefits from an unobstructed view of Grand-Saconnex and Lake Léman in the distance.

The room is part of a 110m2 apartment, which includes two large balconies. The kitchen (equipped), the dining room, the living room, and the toilets are to be shared. The office is also to be shared, depending on availability. The apartment is located on the 8th floor and an elevator is available to tenants.

The apartment is ideally located:

• 3-5min walking distance from supermarkets, a pharmacy, a post office, and various medical practices.
• 10min walking distance from Genève Airport and the Cointrin station.
• 20-25min by bus from Cornavin station
• 20min by bus from the Institut des hautes études internationales et du développement (IHEID)
• 40min by bus from the Université de Genève

Le Grand-Saconnex is a peaceful and cosmopolitan neighborhood. It is very well connected: buses 3, 5, 20, 22, as well as the Cointrin station, take you everywhere in Genève.

I am a mother, recently retired, who wishes to share the large space at my disposal, ideally with a student who needs to house themselves temporarily in Genève.
