From 01.01.2027, I am renting out a large part of my cozy and fully furnished 3½-room apartment at Scheffelstrasse 51, 8037 Zürich.

The apartment is already fully furnished – bed, sofa, kitchen and everything important for everyday life are provided. One can therefore practically move in directly.
My own room (approx. 16 m²) remains reserved for me and is not part of the sublet. However, during the rental period, I will mainly be living outside of Zürich.
The apartment is very suitable for one single person or a couple looking for a furnished apartment in Zürich for a few months.
