3 ½ rooms apartment

I am looking for a replacement tenant for my apartment starting from mid-November or 1 December.

the apartment is located on the ground floor and has a garden with a forecourt.
it is very spacious and has 2 bathrooms. One with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The kitchen is beautifully open and has endless space.
in addition, there is a cellar compartment.

The floor was renewed this January; I cannot upload the pictures (for whatever reason)... in any case, it enhances the apartment very much. But you will see that during the viewing :D

I have been in this apartment for 7 years and am reluctant to move... it is a truly great apartment!

The garage parking space is included in the price. (100.-) can also be cancelled upon arrangement with the administration.
