Room in a shared flat

Hello zusammen

Unfortunately, our roommate Simon is moving out, so we are looking for a new roommate for our 3-person shared apartment in a central location on Effingerstrasse.
We live in a large old building apartment with 5.5 rooms; the heart of the apartment is the shared area with a large kitchen, dining room, and a spacious living room with a balcony facing the courtyard. (And of course the beautiful wooden floor… :-))
The room will become available around 02 January. The exact handover date during the holidays can be agreed upon bilaterally.

We are:

Leandro, 28, energy consultant, passionate cook and football player, likes to go cycling, skiing or meet up with various people for coffee in his free time.

Jasmina, 30, economist, entrepreneurial and a cheerful person, frequently playing beach volleyball, badminton, cycling or out somewhere in the mountains.

Simon's opinion: "Both are super sweet, cheerful and uncomplicated. Perfect companions for shared apartment life if you occasionally like to have a drink, talk and laugh together! Great people for pleasant and relaxed living together"

We are looking for someone who is reliable, wants a shared apartment life and shared evenings when time permits. Ideally, we would like someone who is also employed and has passed their wildest time.
