Bright shared flat room with its own balcony

The bright room is approx. 14 m² in size and features its own balcony. It is located in a spacious maisonette apartment with two bathrooms and its own laundry tower.

The apartment also offers three other balconies, two of which are directly by the living room. The spacious living room is located on the upper floor and is connected in an open plan with the kitchen. Thanks to the large windows, the apartment is pleasantly bright throughout the day.

Also included with the apartment are a private cellar compartment with plenty of storage space, two drying rooms, as well as a bicycle room.

About us

We are looking for a new person for our beautiful shared flat starting from November 2026.

The apartment is located very centrally: You can reach the train station in approx. 7 minutes on foot and in less than 5 minutes you are at Lake Lucerne.

We are Livia (27) and Jan (31), both employed and out of the house during the day. In our free time, we like to be on the go, whether it is skiing or snowboarding in winter or swimming and hiking in summer. At the same time, we also enjoy a cozy evening at home and eat together every now and then.

We are looking for an open, uncomplicated and cheerful person who is also employed and interested in pleasant shared flat living. :)
