Room in a shared flat

Hey everyone! ☀️
Since I will be traveling in January and February, my room in our cozy apartment in Zollikofen will be available for these two months.
The apartment
Our apartment extends over two floors and is located on the quiet edge of Zollikofen, very close to the forest. There is a shared living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, two balconies, and a garden.
The room
The room is rather small, but will be furnished for the subrental. A chest of drawers is already present, and a bed will be added. Additionally, there is a massage table in the room, which can also be used as a desk. If needed, I can also provide a small table and a chair.
The current photos still show the room unfurnished – more pictures will follow! 😊
Living together
You would share the apartment with Rouven. He is a nice, uncomplicated, and easy-going roommate. Living together is relaxed and respectful, and everyone can go about their daily routine in a very uncomplicated way.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and considerate person who is looking for a temporary home for two months.
The surroundings 🌿
The apartment is located in a quiet, green environment. The forest is very close by and offers many beautiful walking and jogging routes. The Sportzentrum Hirzenfeld is also not far away, where one can, for example, go ice skating in winter. At the same time, Bern is easily accessible.
