As of 1. February 2027, I am looking for a new tenant for my very spacious and bright 4.5-room apartment in Luzern with around 130 m² of living space.

Due to the well-thought-out floor plan, the two bathrooms, and the enormous amount of space, the apartment is perfect for a couple, a small family, or a single parent with one child.

The highlights of the apartment:

• Living room with fireplace: Cozy fireplace for relaxed winter evenings.

• Service charges (on account): CHF 490.– (Experience value: The payments on account are generously set. In recent years, there has been a refund of around CHF 500.– per year, so the effective service charges were only approx. CHF 328.–/month).
• Gross rent (Total): CHF 2'970.– (effectively approx. CHF 2'185.–)
