I am looking for a successor for a 1.5-room apartment at Lochmühle 3 in Reichenburg.
The apartment features a large living room with an open kitchen, a small bathroom (shower/WC) as well as a bedroom "on the 1st floor" (see pictures). In addition, a private washing machine and a private tumble dryer are available directly in the apartment.
An outdoor parking space directly in front of the apartment is also included in the rental price.
Shopping facilities and a fitness center are reachable in only 5 minutes on foot (Migros and Polygon Fitness). The highway connection is also located in the immediate vicinity.
Some furniture can be taken over by arrangement.
The monthly rent is CHF 1'100.– (excl. electricity costs).
