Room in a shared flat

The room is approx. 16m2 in size, with a view of the trees in the backyard and the Gurten. Thanks to the south-facing orientation, it is beautifully bright. It has a practical built-in wardrobe. Also part of the apartment (on the second floor) are a spacious living room, a renovated bathroom, a kitchen (with dishwasher :-)) and a sunny balcony. A cellar compartment with storage space, room for bicycles and a workbench is also available. The Mattenhof-Quartier is cozy but still has a lot to offer - the Gelateria di Berna, the Ängelibeck, the Pizzeria da Nino and various shopping facilities are right around the corner. By bike, you are at the station or in the Aare in 5 min. With tram lines 6, 7 and 8, you are also superbly connected with public transport.

I (f, 29) am moving on and you will live together with Nicholas (m, 29). He studies forest sciences and works part-time as an arborist. His achievement is that the balcony is so green and planted :-) Nicholas is very open and living with him is uncomplicated. This is what he says about himself: I like to cook, like being outdoors, work passionately with wood, like trees and am always up for an after-work beer and a board/card game.
