1 room apartment

Hello!

We are Francesco (30) and Laura (25), and we’re looking for a new flatmate to join us, as Hannah is moving out.

We’re looking for someone in their twenties to join our home starting 1st December. We’re hoping to find someone who’s happy to help keep our shared spaces tidy, basically with good housekeeping habits. Our home is all about respecting each other's privacy and space, so everyone feels comfortable and at ease. At the same time, we appreciate to share the occasional dinner or fun activity together !

The available room is spacious, around 16m². The room will be furnished (for free) with : the complete bed setup (bed + 160x200 cm mattress), the desk chair and the wardrobe.

There’s also additional storage space in the cellar and extra wardrobe space in the flat. We have a dryer, a washing machine, and a dishwasher in the house.

Our flat is in a fantastic location with everything you might need nearby - grocery stores, the post office, a pharmacy, several restaurants, gym (ASVZ), and Irchel Park. Plus, we’re right by the Milchbuck transport hub, offering excellent connections all across Zurich. You’ll have easy access via direct tram/bus line to locations such as Zurich HB (10 minutes), the airport (20 minutes), Oerlikon HB (10 minutes), and ETH Hönggerberg (15-20 minutes).

Rent is CHF 1180 per month, with additional monthly extra costs typically 30 CHF avg/month.
