Hello, I would like to sublet my beautiful duplex apartment from mid-December until approximately March. The apartment is fully furnished and even has a private washing machine and dryer.

The apartment is in a rather quiet location where you are quickly in the greenery, but also within 5 min. of a tram stop with no. 2 and 20 and thus super connected to Altstetten and Zürich. Also within 5 min. there is a gym and shopping facilities… Within 15 min. on foot or 5 min. by tram you are at the Schlieren station.

Until when I will be away is not yet quite definitive but will be around mid/end of March and I will keep you updated. The apartment is officially free from 16.12 but I am flexible if you want/need to move in a bit earlier in advance…
