Room in a shared flat

The apartment is located in Oerlikon, in a great and convenient location, approximately 8 minutes from Oerlikon train station. You’ll find Coop and Denner supermarkets just around 3 minutes away, making everyday shopping super easy.

The apartment is very spacious, bright and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. There are two bathrooms, shared between the five roommates (two people share one bathroom and three people share the other). There is also space in the basement to use. Parking is not included, but can be added.

The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer in a separate room, so you don’t have to use a shared laundry room outside the apartment.

Another great bonus: we have a cleaning lady who comes once a week, and the cost is around CHF 60 per person per month.

You would be living with Cas(m/28), Miriam(f/27), Thanos(m/25) and Gabriele(m/22). They are all very nice, friendly and tidy people, and it’s a really pleasant shared-living environment.

Move-in date: 16.10.2026 – a few days later would maybe also be possible.

I may also be selling my bed and wardrobe, but I haven’t decided yet. We can simply discuss this if you’re interested. Just let me know and make me an offer if you like any furniture.
