Hello dear ones

We – a man over 60 and my dear female dog over 3 – are looking for a sympathetic, uncomplicated and reliable flatmate for our rented single-family house in Bad Ragaz. 😊

The house has a separate self-contained apartment, which is already rented out. We are offering a sublet with its own sublease agreement.

👨👩👧 A single parent with a child is also very welcome.
🐱 Cats are welcome to move in – dogs are unfortunately not possible, as a female dog already lives in the household.

🚆 approx. 10 minutes to the train station

💰 CHF 1'500.– per month, including electricity, water, heating and WLAN.
The price is negotiable depending on the choice of room and situation. 😊
