Room in a shared flat

Hey everyone, we are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful shared flat in Kreis 6 from October 1.

The room is approx. 14 m2 in size with laminate flooring and comfortable floor heating. It is part of our renovated 5.5 room Altbau apartment located on the 4th floor.

Our WG offers:

• A large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and storage, which is perfect for cooking together or enjoying relaxed dinners.
• A comfortable living room with a small balcony. Our cozy shared space to unwind after work, watch a movie, have a glass of wine, or simply chat. The adjoining balcony is ideal for getting some fresh air, enjoying your morning coffee, or catching a bit of afternoon sun.
• Two bathrooms. One bathroom with a shower, washing machine & tumbler, and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. Having two bathrooms makes mornings smoother and gives everyone enough flexibility.
• A rooftop terrace with a beautiful view over the city. A real highlight of the apartment. It is perfect for summer evenings, relaxed weekend breakfasts, or simply enjoying the sunset with a panoramic view over the city rooftops.

The monthly rent is 1086 CHF (with a security deposit of 1250 CHF) and includes all utilities such as heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning, and shared expenses for household items (cleaning supplies, oil, spices, toilet paper, etc.)

Public transport connections are excellent. Tram lines 9 and 10 stop directly in front of the building and bus line 33 is just around the corner. Various shopping options are within walking distance.

You will be sharing the apartment with Anna (F, 32, PhD at UZH), Izzy (F, 28, hospitality) and Anil (M, 38, AI Engineer). We value a respectful, easygoing, and friendly living atmosphere, with a good balance between social time and personal space.
