Room in a shared flat

Beautiful shared apartment in a freshly renovated chalet with lake and mountain views in Hilterfingen

The Home
We are starting a new two-person shared apartment in a dreamy, old chalet that has just been freshly renovated. The apartment combines charming old-building style with modern interior design and offers extremely much space.

• Room layout: 3.5 rooms in the upper area, additionally there is an office downstairs with its own terrace.
• Outdoor area: A huge garden, a beautiful terrace and a balcony with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains invite you to linger.
• Surroundings: There are only two parties in the house (us and a very pleasant neighbor). Absolute peace and serenity are the order here – the perfect retreat.

Shared Apartment Life
I am looking for a tidy and pleasant roommate. Order and cleanliness in the common rooms are very important to me so that both feel completely comfortable.
I do not wish for a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience only): It would be great if we occasionally did something together, cooked together or relaxed on the terrace. However, it is just as important to me that everyone has their own space and can withdraw at any time. Anything is possible, nothing is mandatory.
About Me
I work full-time as a financial advisor, enjoy being physically active and value a healthy lifestyle. In my free time, I do a lot of fitness, am interested in nutrition and also like to listen to Caribbean music (Bachata or Salsa) to unwind. Since I am multilingual, we can gladly converse in German, English or Spanish in everyday life.
