The Neighbourhood:

• 12 mins by bike / 14 mins by tram to the HB
• Bus 89 / 67 , tram 14 / 9 nearby. Triemli close.
• Coop 2 min, Denner 4 mins, Migros etc 6 mins
• Close to Friedhof Sihlfeld
• Good mix of humans & trees

The Building:

• 9 storey (we are on a comfy #5)
• Concrete core (soundproofing between floors!)
• Built 1968, renovated 2022
• Elevator
• Large bank of washers / dryers and NO Waschplan!
• Parking possible
• Set back from the street, so noise is limited
• Very quiet at night and on weekends
• Verwaltung is decently responsive

The Neighbours:

• Will say hello
• Come for an apero now and again
• Good mix of humans on the way in and out
• Crows join daily for breakfast

The Apartment:

• 90 m2 (approx, including balcony)
• Bright; large windows
• NE facing with excellent morning sunshine (great for coffee/tea on the couch)
• Uncluttered
• Electric Storen
• Large balcony with couch, table, BBQ
• Sonos sound throughout
• Dimmable lighting throughout
• Interesting plants throughout
• Excellent beamer for shows / movies (rarely during summer)
• Toilet has window (loooooove this)

The Kitchen:

• Dishwasher
• Proper espresso machine
• Wine cooler
• Fridge & freezer too small (sadly)
• Additional storage and counter space
• All the gadgets (air fryer etc)

The Room:

• 15 m2 (approx) - main bedroom
• Furnished with queen bed, lights, basic shelves, basic desk, mirror, storage
• Large window to balcony

The Flatmate (Me):

• Male
• Mid-40s
• ADHD - but managed
• Fitness / velo / volleyball / hiking / diving / photography
• Sustainable development focus
• In bed around 2300 and up at 0700 during the week, who knows on weekends
• Pescatarian and flexible
• Happy to share a meal or not
• Away consistently / randomly
• Friendly and sometime open, sometimes quiet
• Electronic / electro / classical / alternative / opera
• Occasional late-night dance parties

The You (one person, not two):

• Reasonable
• Not always around

I've lived alongside many people through the years and enjoy decency, respect, and not taking things too seriously. I can be weird at times and won't be boring. Humour is dark, and foundation is hippie-ish.
