Room in a shared flat

In our 3-person shared flat, a large room is becoming available for 770 Sfr. The garden apartment has a small seating area, which we use mainly in summer, and also its own garden with space for planting.
The old building apartment is small but fine. Very bright, newly painted and cozy. The location of the apartment is absolutely top. We have a super neighborhood, view of the Brühlberg and the Pünten. The apartment is 7 minutes walking distance from the HB and we have neither street nor train noise. There are 3 parties in the house, washing is uncomplicated and possible at any time.
You are not looking for a pure functional shared flat and appreciate having coffee together every now and then, chatting, cooking or simply enjoying the sun in the garden.
Taking care of the garden every now and then and watering in the summer does not bother you; in the best case, it is even a hobby of yours.
At the moment we are one woman and one man (both over 30). Our wild party years are over and we prefer it rather quiet at home; we celebrate outdoors. We are not a functional shared flat! When we are home at the same time, we like to eat together or chat over a glass of wine. Feeling at home, a good exchange with one another and simply a nice togetherness is important to us.
