Quiet shared flat room from 1 December
Very bright attic corner room (12sqm, 2nd floor), with 2 large windows.
The old building shared flat extends over two floors and offers 2 kitchens, 2 showers, 4 WCs and a living room on the 1st floor. Washing machine and dryer are available.
The house is quite centrally located, but on a peaceful corner, and even though the house is full of graffiti on the outside, it is beautiful and well-maintained on the inside. 😊
We are an 11-person WG (10F, 1M, 19–49 years old) with clear rules and responsibilities. Cleanliness is a standard for us, not a topic. Despite the size, it is exceptionally quiet here. Hardly any visitors, lots of consideration and silence – ideal for someone who values their home as a retreat and likes to find peace.

• are quiet, clean and responsible and feel comfortable in a well-maintained, orderly home
• like stable values, politeness, clear agreements and can fit into proven structures without the need for fundamental discussions in the plenum
• are a student or employed (weekday resident preferred)
• like to participate in the traditional "semester cleaning"
• have very little visitors - max. 1x per month.

The rent includes utilities, furthermore Ethernet, Serafe and cleaning lady (1x weekly kitchens, bathrooms and hallways) are also included.
