Ich vermiete mein Zimmer/Apartment ab Januar für etwa 1 Jahr je nach Bedarf, ggf auch länger
möglich. Das ganze Apartment (Neubau) ist 2.0qm gross (4.5 Zimmer), hat zwei Balkone, eine
offene Küche und ist modern ausgestattet und möbliert. In einem separaten Flügel der Wohnung
sind weitere Zimmer/Bad, das von einer tollen Mitbewohnerin (Architektin) bewohnt wird. Küche
und Wohnzimmer werden quasi geteilt.
Die Wohnung ist modern und mit vielen Designermöbel ausgestattet und hat alles zum direkt
einziehen. Tram Station und Supermarkt sind direkt vor dem Haus. Miete ist 2.00 plus 380
Zuschlag für sonstige Nebenkosten, Internet und Möblierung, also 2380 CHF insgesamt. Kaution
ist 2500.-

ENG: I am renting out my furnished room for an interim period, as of now, for about 1 year,
depending on your demand, possibly even longer if you want. The full aparment is 2.0 sqm big
with two balconies, 4.5 rooms, and an open kitchen. It is fully equiped and furnished with
modern furniture and art. In the other wing of the apartment, there is an additional bedroom and
bathroom, which is rented to an architekt (female), so the living room and kitchen will be
shared.The apartment and living room has a high living standard with modern and clean interior.
Tram station and supermarket are directly in front of the building. Rent is 2.00 plus 380 for
internet and other utilities, so 2380 CHF in total and the security deposit will be 2500.-
