Room in a shared flat

We are renting a bright and very spacious room of approx. 20 m², which is divided into two separate areas and therefore offers plenty of space for living, working, or relaxing. A special highlight is the beautiful view over the city, which gives the room a unique atmosphere.
We – Thomas, Fabian, and Nora – are three relaxed flatmates between 26 and 34 years old. Nora is a trainee teacher and loves dancing and cooking, Fabian is in training to be a social pedagogue and is often on the go with his hobbies, especially volleyball. Thomas works at the SBB and in a bar in St. Gallen – so good cocktails are guaranteed.
We are looking for a humorous and uncomplicated person between 25 and 40 years old who values order. You also enjoy having time to yourself, but are open to shared cooking evenings or relaxed flat evenings.
The apartment offers a total of around 300 m² of living space with 7 rooms and a lot of space. Particularly noteworthy are the generous bathrooms, so that you hardly get in each other's way in everyday life, as well as the large, well-equipped kitchen. A bright living and dining area can flexibly also be used as a large guest room. Additionally, there is a separate guest and dining room for visitors or shared time.
A real highlight is our tower room, which we use as a quiet retreat for yoga, creativity, and crafting ideas – a special room with a lot of atmosphere.
Overall, a very open, comfortable, and at the same time private living feeling is created in a central location in St. Gallen with good connections to public transport and shopping facilities.
