Hello,
I am putting my apartment up for rent as part of a lease takeover starting from 15 October 2026.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building, in a quiet and green neighborhood. The Morges-Ouest highway entrance is accessible in approximately 5 minutes.
The rent is CHF 1'600. per month, including charges.
A parking space in the building's underground parking is also available for CHF 140. per month.
A cellar is also available with the apartment.
I am also putting my furniture up for sale, with priority given to people taking over the apartment who are interested in them.
To be submitted to the management, the files must be complete and include:

• the last 3 payslips,
• an extract from the debt enforcement register,
• an identity document or a residence permit,
• the completed rental form.
