I am looking for a successor tenant for a cozy 1-room apartment (approx. 32 m²) in Bühler AR starting from November 2026 or by arrangement.
The apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet residential area and features a living/bedroom, a separate kitchen, as well as a separate bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, refrigerator, and a microwave with oven function. The underfloor heating is particularly pleasant. Additionally, a cellar compartment belongs to the apartment and the garden of the house can be shared. A parking possibility is also available.
The location is quiet and at the same time well connected: Bühler station is approx. 5 minutes walking distance away, and St. Gallen can be reached by public transport in approx. 20 minutes. A Denner is also located nearby.
Rent: CHF 700.– / month
Service charges: CHF 90.– / month
Total rent: CHF 790.– / month
The apartment is basically rented unfurnished. Since the furniture belongs to me and I will be selling it due to my move, there is the possibility, if interested, to take over individual pieces of furniture or the entire furnishing by arrangement.
