We are looking for a successor tenant as of 1. January 2027 for our spacious and very quietly located 2.5-room apartment in Horgen, Käpfnach.

There are around 100 m² of living space, a large wrap-around balcony, and a magnificent view of the greenery. The bright living room with window fronts on two sides brings in plenty of daylight and a warm atmosphere.

The surroundings are very family-friendly; kindergartens, daycare centers, and schools are nearby. The neighborhood is great.

An outdoor parking space directly in front of the front door belongs to the apartment and can be rented additionally for CHF 80.– per month. An underground garage parking space may also be available upon request. The costs are somewhat twice as high.
