Shared apartment room in a modern attic apartment in Fischingen

I am looking for a female/male roommate for our beautiful, bright 4.5-room new-build attic apartment in Fischingen.

The apartment is very quietly located and offers a cozy and modern living atmosphere with its gallery, high wooden ceilings, wood laminate flooring, and large balcony with a view towards the forest.

🛏️ The rooms

Two rooms are available to choose from:

Room 1: approx. 12.2 m²
Room 2: approx. 15.2 m²

In a 3-person shared flat, the rent is CHF 830 per month.

If we live only as a pair, the rent is CHF 1’200.– per month.

A special plus: One of the two bathrooms would be available to you exclusively. The washing machine and tumbler are also located there, which is why I would share this room for washing.

About me

I work Monday to Friday and am therefore mostly out of the house during the day. In the evenings, I am usually at home. I also like to be out and about on the weekend, but of course, I always spend time in the apartment again and again.

I am rather a quiet and reserved person and enjoy doing my own thing and sometimes just being in my own world. At the same time, I would, of course, be happy if people get along well and living together is pleasant and uncomplicated. 😊

I think it is nice if you sit together every now and then, cook something, drink a coffee, or just chat a little, definitely not always. It is very important to me that both have their own daily routine and enough freedom and that you still enjoy crossing paths.
