We would like to exchange our cozy 2.5-room apartment with garden in beautiful Murifeld (Bern). The apartment is perfect for one to two people. The gross rent is CHF 1510.

The apartment is equipped with beautiful parquet in the two rooms. The bathroom with bathtub and window as well as the kitchen-living area have a tiled floor. The highlight of this apartment is the beautiful green garden with a communal meadow: enough space for many plants! A cellar and laundry room with two washing machines, one tumble dryer and Secomat are also available.

We are looking for either at least a 3-room apartment (max. CHF 1700) or at least a 4-room apartment (max. CHF 2300) with a balcony or garden, where pets are welcome. Preferably close to the city.
