Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone! As I have to leave Switzerland, I am looking for someone to replace me in the beautiful shared apartment located near Miséricorde. The location is ideal, as it is situated right next to the Miséricorde university campus, very close to the city center and the train station.

Here is what you get:

1. A fully furnished bedroom, equipped with a bed, a mattress, a wardrobe, a sofa, a desk, and a chair.
2. The house has a well-equipped kitchen (with oven and dishwasher), a large living room providing access to a vast terrace, a large bathroom (equipped with a washing machine and a dryer) as well as two separate toilets.
3. You will share the entire house with 3 other roommates, who all study at the university, on the Miséricorde campus.

The rent is 640 CHF, plus 125 CHF of charges which cover everything (electricity, heating, WiFi, etc.). The total amount to be paid is therefore 805 CHF.

If you, or one of your acquaintances, are interested, do not hesitate to contact me. The only condition is to be a student.

Thank you very much.
