Room in a shared flat

• Application process: First, a short video chat will be held, and only then will the 2-3 most interested people be invited in person

The room is just under 20 m² in size, has just been newly furnished (2x2m box spring bed, 2.5m wardrobe, etc.). All missing desired furniture will be paid for by me. Everything such as internet, electricity, cleaning supplies is inclusive!

There is:

• Underfloor heating -10 GB fiber optic internet -beautiful and quiet new-build apartment -large balcony -2 bathrooms -private laundry room with dryer and washing machine -dishwasher
• All costs included: electricity, internet, TV/radio, insurance, cleaning supplies, spices etc. (=199 Fr.) and a furnishing flat rate (=199 Fr. for new furniture for 30,000 Fr.) = all inclusive!

Deposit: 3200 Fr.

• Partners who visit more often are no problem. - Pets possible upon application -10 min to Züricher HB (Tram 11)
• 4 min to Bhf Oerlikon
• Man or woman does not matter.

There are three of us: I, Slavko, have traveled extensively (6 languages, e.g., 1.5 years in Latin America), am very versatile in my interests, enjoy chatting about everything under the sun, psychology, society, development of humanity etc., play (ball) sports and fitness, sometimes go out to eat or drink, or stream something to relax, first studied International Management and worked here for 2 years, but recently switched to the "social" sector (economics lecturer).

• Arthur is a positive, social person who works as an architect.
