A large room is becoming available in a beautiful furnished 158 m² apartment in Gland!

My name is Sarah, I am 38 years old, I have lived here for 6 years and I am leaving the flatshare for a new stage of life. I am moving out on 29.09 (room vacated from this date), the move-in is planned for 15 October.

My 2 current flatmates are active women. There are 3 of us in total, but on a daily basis you will often be 2, because one of us is rarely present (professional situation). The room is located on the duplex floor, an atypical setting that gives it a real studio effect once the door is closed.

• Rent (charges included): 1204.-CHF / 44 m²
• Count approximately 90.-CHF/month in flatshare costs: Cleaning lady 1x/2 weeks for common areas, electricity, wifi, TV, rent guarantee, serafe
• Optional: outdoor parking space: 70.-CHF / indoor: CHF 130.-

🌸 We are looking for: a serious, calm, tidy, non-smoking person, holder of a B or C work permit if you do not have Swiss nationality. Flatshare of active adults, where each appreciates their independence while enjoying sharing spontaneous moments together.

🏵 Our duplex apartment is on the 2nd floor, less than 10 min walk from the station and consists of:

2 occupied bedrooms + 44 m² bedroom + 12 m² common room + kitchen + large living/dining room + bathroom (bathtub + washing machine + WC) + guest WC + balcony + large cellar
