By arrangement, we rent parking spaces/E-parking spaces in the underground garage for CHF 130.-/month plus 8.1% VAT.

E-parking spaces:

"You benefit from the ewz Mobil app and can charge your electric car easily at your home, at the ewz charging stations in the city of Zürich, as well as on the go in the largest Swiss fast-charging network and at 40000 European charging stations."

The billing of the basic fee as well as the energy consumed takes place automatically every month via your credit card through Swisscharge.
