Room in a shared flat

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a new flatmate starting from 01.12.
You would share the 3.5-room apartment with me.
The apartment is right at Limmatplatz, so it is very centrally located.
I am mostly either working (partly home office, or travelling).
I am very quiet, but also like to do something together if it fits well.
I pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, but can also show understanding if it is a little untidy from time to time.

The rent includes the approximate NK. plus a cleaning lady for 1x per month.
