The apartment is located on top of Oberer Letten at Schindlergut park, just 10 minutes walk from Zürich HB. Schaffhauserplatz and Limmatplatz is also easy walking distance.

The room and the flat:
The room is 16 m2, private, spacious, and filled with natural light.

You’ll be living in a unique, spacious 5.5-room top-floor apartment of approximately 150 m², with plenty of room to relax and make yourself at home.

The flatmates:
You’ll be sharing the flat with two easy-going flatmates in their thirties — one man and one woman. We enjoy a nice balance between relaxed evenings at home and social moments with friends, from dinners and apéros on the spacious terrace. We both love travelling, staying active, playing sports, and spending time together, while also appreciating each other’s independence and personal space.
