Room in a shared flat

Hellooo,, In our existing shared flat, we are looking for a subtenant for the last free room.
The apartment is spacious and bright and features a beautiful south-facing balcony with a lake view. All common rooms may, of course, be used: a cozy living room, a dining room where friends are also welcome to join, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom and toilet, which is very practical for us as a shared flat. Another highlight: The washing machine is located directly in the apartment.
The room is to be let with a minimum rental period of 6 months. The exact move-in date is possible by arrangement. The sublet is limited until August 2027 at the latest.

We are an interior designer in training (26), who likes to play volleyball, and a kindergarten teacher (25), who plays football in his free time. An uncomplicated and pleasant coexistence is important to us.
